Our events range from innovative gala dinners to delicious catering for large multi-day conferences. Our prestigious and diverse range of annual events allow us to showcase our unique product and service to our guests here at the NCCC.

What's the job?

As a Public area attendant, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of all outlets including the maintenance of all food & beverage equipment and the carrying out of set food preparation duties when required.

  • Assist with the receiving and storage of goods
  • Demonstrate proper use of chemicals and help other department with the chemical needs.
  • Ensure that all crockery and cutlery are maintained and cleaned in accordance with HACCP guidelines deemed acceptable
  • Provide assistance for customers when necessary
  • Assist in all events related cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of all areas of the Centre
  • Be available for any general cleaning, hard and soft floors, perform all duties as per standard of NCCC Cleaning Checkli
